How to Place an Order

Shopping on our portal is very simple. Registration is not obligatory, placing an order is intuitive and you can always go one step back during the shopping and amend the order.

Choose a Product

When you have chosen your product, click on its picture and you will be taken straight to the product details. You can view its characteristics and content. You can select the product by clicking Add to Basket icon. 


You will be automatically taken straight to the basket menu. The summary of ordered products will be displayed. You can view the product name, its price and quantity. You can also remove the product, change the quantity or return to the selection of other products. If you want to confirm the selected products in the basket, continue in your order by clicking the Buy button.

If you have the discount code, enter it here. You can get the discount code at our promotional events or on our Facebook profile. Our partners' codes are also to be entered here. 

Delivery Type

Choose whether the delivery is in Bratislava. We also deliver to Hungary, and Austria -  Wolfsthal, Hainburg, Engelhartstetten, Loimersdorf, Bad Deutsch-Altenburg, Petronell-Carnuntum, Hundsheim, Edelstal, Berg, Kittsee, Prellenkirchen. You can collect the bouquet directly in store in Bratislava.

Delivery Date

Choose a date from the calendar when you want your bouquet delivered. Some rules apply.

Delivery within Bratislava

The bouquets may be ordered and delivered on the same day. The order needs to be placed no later than 3:00 pm on the date of delivery. The delivery can be set on exact time.We also deliver during public holidays.

Delivery outside of Bratislava

We deliver in the rest of Slovakia on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Saturday we deliver to: Bratislava. Due the actual situation delivery to Banská Bystrica, Košice, Nitra, Prešov, Trenčín, Trnava, Žilina is cancelled. 

We do not deliver during public holidays and the day after.

Delivery Time

We guarantee delivery time in Bratislava and its surroundings. The delivery time is only approximate outside of Bratislava. The delivery is done via courier services and we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Deliver to

Fill in whom to deliver the items to. Please be as precise as possible in order for the delivery to be successful. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.


Here you can write your message for the recipient. We do not send offensive and vulgar messages. Your message will be on a card attached to the bouquet.

Comment for us

Here you can write your comment for us. It can be a specification of place of delivery, things arranged over the phone and so on.


We need your contact details at this point. If you are a registered customer, then log in and proceed with your order. You can also log in with the menu Login on the right side. If you are not registered, you can either choose to register or proceed with you order without registration. However, you must fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. The advantages of registration are a discount on your next purchase, an overview of your orders, and more interesting benefits are being prepared into the future.  

Summary of your order follows after you log in or after you fill in your contact details.

Check whether your details are filled in correctly. Confirm your order and follow the payment method selection.


Choose a payment method in the menu. We accept these payment methods:

  • Card
  • PayPal
  • Internet Banking

Individual payment methods

  • Wire transfer (our account numbers to the majority of banks can be found in menu Contacts/account numbers
  • In shop payment
  • By cash on delivery (upon agreement in the shop or via phone)

After you choose the payment method, the system will redirect you to a payment gateway. Sometimes the redirecting may take longer so please do not leave the page. After your payment is successful, the system will redirect you back to our page where you will see a confirmation of a successful payment transfer. If the payment transfer does not succeed, try it again or contact us by email at or by phone on 0904 219 319. We will check your order right away.
