Do you also deliver to East Slovakia?

We deliver to every city, town, and village in Slovakia.

Do you deliver the bouquet the same day it is ordered?

We deliver the same day in Bratislava.

Do you also deliver during the weekends?

On Saturdays we deliver to the following locations: Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Košice, Nitra, Prešov, Trenčín, Trnava, Žilina.

On Sundays we deliver only in Bratislava.

Can you deliver on exact time?

We can deliver on exact time in Bratislava.

What happens if the courier does not reach the addressee on the delivery address?

The courier calls the address and arranges the delivery for different time or address. Leaving the delivery at the neighbour's is also possible.

Can the bouquet be sent incognito like a surprise?

When you do not write any message, the person will receive your bouquet incognito. The courier does not announce what type of package he has in advance, thus it is always a surprise for the recepient.

Is the delivery included in the price of the bouquet?

Yes, it is. You can also pick up the bouquet in our shop.

How can I pay?

You can pay by card, wire transfer, PayPal and via Internet banking in the following banks: Slovenská sporiteľňa, VÚB, Tatra banka, ČSOB, mBank, UniCredit Bank, OTP banka, Poštová banka, Sberbank. Upon telephone call agreement it is also possible to pay by cash on delivery.

Is it possible to send a different bouquet from those you offer?

Yes, it is. Just send us an email with your request or call us.

Can you inform me about the delivery time?

We do not confirm the delivery. We can inform about deliver time upon request in Bratislava.
